Double-differential yields of  $${\Xi \left( 1530\right) ^{0}} $$  <math> <mrow> <mi>Ξ</mi> <msup> <mfenced> <mn>1530</mn> </mfenced> <mn>0</mn> </msup> </mrow> </math>   and  $${\overline{\Xi }\left( 1530\right) ^{0}} $$  <math> <mrow> <mover> <mi>Ξ</mi> <mo>¯</mo> </mover> <msup> <mfenced> <mn>1530</mn> </mfenced> <mn>0</mn> </msup> </mrow> </math>   resonances produced in p+p interactions were measured at a laboratory beam momentum of 158  $$\text{ GeV }\!/\!c$$  <math> <mrow> <mspace width="0.333333em"></mspace> <mtext>GeV</mtext> <mspace width="0.333333em"></mspace> <mspace width="-0.166667em"></mspace> <mo>/</mo> <mspace width="-0.166667em"></mspace> <mi>c</mi> </mrow> </math>  . This measurement is the first of its kind in p+p interactions below LHC energies. It was performed at the CERN SPS by the NA61/SHINE collaboration. Double-differential distributions in rapidity and transverse momentum were obtained from a sample of  $$26\times 10^6$$  <math> <mrow> <mn>26</mn> <mo>×</mo> <msup> <mn>10</mn> <mn>6</mn> </msup> </mrow> </math>   inelastic events. The spectra are extrapolated to full phase space resulting in mean multiplicity of  $${\Xi \left( 1530\right) ^{0}} $$  <math> <mrow> <mi>Ξ</mi> <msup> <mfenced> <mn>1530</mn> </mfenced> <mn>0</mn> </msup> </mrow> </math>   ( $$6.73 \pm 0.25\pm 0.67)\times 10^{-4}$$  <math> <mrow> <mrow> <mn>6.73</mn> <mo>±</mo> <mn>0.25</mn> <mo>±</mo> <mn>0.67</mn> <mo>)</mo> <mo>×</mo> </mrow> <msup> <mn>10</mn> <mrow> <mo>-</mo> <mn>4</mn> </mrow> </msup> </mrow> </math>   and  $${\overline{\Xi }\left( 1530\right) ^{0}} $$  <math> <mrow> <mover> <mi>Ξ</mi> <mo>¯</mo> </mover> <msup> <mfenced> <mn>1530</mn> </mfenced> <mn>0</mn> </msup> </mrow> </math>   ( $$2.71 \pm 0.18\pm 0.18)\times 10^{-4}$$  <math> <mrow> <mrow> <mn>2.71</mn> <mo>±</mo> <mn>0.18</mn> <mo>±</mo> <mn>0.18</mn> <mo>)</mo> <mo>×</mo> </mrow> <msup> <mn>10</mn> <mrow> <mo>-</mo> <mn>4</mn> </mrow> </msup> </mrow> </math>  . The rapidity and transverse momentum spectra and mean multiplicities were compared to predictions of string-hadronic and statistical model calculations.
