Inspired by the observation of the ${\eta}_{t}$ meson at the LHC and the promising prospect of the ${\eta}_{t}$ meson available at the approaching HL-LHC, branching ratios for the ${\eta}_{t}$ ${\to}$ $f\bar{f}$ , $gg$ , ${\gamma}{\gamma}$ , $W^{+}W^{-}$ , $Z^{0}Z^{0}$ , $Z^{0}{\gamma}$ , and $Z^{0}H$ decays are roughly estimated. It is found that tens of opposite-charge dilepton events from the ${\eta}_{t}$ ${\to}$ $W^{+}W^{-}$ decay and hundreds of events from the ${\eta}_{t}$ ${\to}$ $Z^{0}H$ ${\to}$ ${\ell}^{+}{\ell}^{-}H$ decay using the single $Z^{0}$ boson tagging method are expected to be accessible. This estimation provides a reference for future experimental study on the ${\eta}_{t}$ meson.

In this work, we investigate possible bound states in the $ D_s\bar{D}_s $ system using the Bethe-Salpeter (BS) formalism within both the ladder and instantaneous approximations. By numerically solving the Bethe-Salpeter equation with a kernel that incorporates contributions from $\textit{ϕ}$ and $ J/\psi $ meson exchanges, we confirm the existence of a loosely bound state. Furthermore, we explore the partial decay widths of the $ D_s\bar{D}_s $ bound state into the $ D\bar{D} $ , $ \eta_c\eta $ , and $ J/\psi\omega $ channels, and observe that these widths are sensitive to the model parameter $\textit{α}$. Notably, we find the dominant decay channel for the $ D_s\bar{D}_s $ bound state to be $ D\bar{D} $ .

The properties of the $\textit{S}$-wave D$_{s}$ D $_{s}$ bound state * Supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (12405115, 12275024, 12105149)

Recently, the BESIII Collaboration observed the three-body decays $ D_s^+\to \eta \omega\pi^+ $ , $ D^+\to K^0_S\pi^+\omega $ , and $ D^0\to K^-\pi^+\omega $ . In this study, we investigate the contributions of the subprocesses $ \rho^+\to \omega\pi^+ $ in these Cabibbo-favored decays $ D \to h\omega\pi $ , with $ \rho^+= \{\rho(770)^+, \rho(1450)^+, \rho(770)^+\&amp;\rho(1450)^+\} $ and $ h=\{ \eta, K^0_S, K^-\} $ , by introducing these subprocesses into the decay amplitudes of the relevant decay processes via the vector form factor $ F_{\omega\pi} $ , which has been measured in the related $\textit{τ}$ and $ e^+e^- $ processes. We provide the first theoretical predictions for the branching fractions of the quasi-two-body decays $ D_s^+\to\eta[\rho^+\to]\omega\pi^+ $ , $ D^+\to K^0_S[\rho^+\to]\omega\pi^+ $ , and $ D^0\to K^-[\rho^+\to]\omega\pi^+ $ . Our findings reveal that the contributions from the subprocess $ \rho(770)^+\to\omega\pi^+ $ are significant in these observed three-body decays $ D_s^+\to\eta \omega\pi^+ $ , $ D^+\to K^0_S \omega\pi^+ $ , and $ D^0\to K^- \omega\pi^+ $ , notwithstanding the contributions originating from the Breit-Wigner tail effect of $ \rho(770)^+ $ . The numerical results of this study suggest that the dominant resonance contributions for the three-body decays $ D_s^+\to\eta \omega\pi^+ $ and $ D^+\to K^0_S \omega\pi^+ $ originate from the $\textit{P}$-wave intermediate states $ \rho(770)^+ $ , $ \rho(1450)^+ $ and their interference effects.

The decay channels proceed primarily through excited <math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><msup><mi>K</mi><mn>0</mn></msup></math> or <math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><msup><mi>D</mi><mn>0</mn></msup></math> resonances or <math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mi>ϕ</mi></math> mesons, and open a new avenue for studies of charge-parity violation in beauty mesons.</p>

<p>By analyzing a data sample of <math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mrow><msup><mrow><mi>e</mi></mrow><mrow><mo>+</mo></mrow></msup><msup><mrow><mi>e</mi></mrow><mrow><mo>−</mo></mrow></msup></mrow></math> collisions with center-of-mass energy <math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mrow><msqrt><mrow><mi>s</mi></mrow></msqrt><mo>=</mo><mn>3.773</mn><mtext> </mtext><mtext> </mtext><mi>GeV</mi></mrow></math>, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of <math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mn>7.9</mn><mtext> </mtext><mtext> </mtext><msup><mi>fb</mi><mrow><mo>−</mo><mn>1</mn></mrow></msup></math> collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII collider, we study semileptonic decays of the <math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><msup><mi>D</mi><mrow><mn>0</mn><mo stretchy="false">(</mo><mo>+</mo><mo stretchy="false">)</mo></mrow></msup></math> mesons into the axial-vector meson <math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><msub><mi>b</mi><mn>1</mn></msub><mo stretchy="false">(</mo><mn>1235</mn><mo stretchy="false">)</mo></math> via the decay <math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mrow><msub><mrow><mi>b</mi></mrow><mrow><mn>1</mn></mrow></msub><mo stretchy="false">(</mo><mn>1235</mn><mo stretchy="false">)</mo><mo stretchy="false">→</mo><mi>ω</mi><mi>π</mi></mrow></math>. The decay <math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mrow><msup><mrow><mi>D</mi></mrow><mrow><mn>0</mn></mrow></msup><mo stretchy="false">→</mo><msub><mrow><mi>b</mi></mrow><mrow><mn>1</mn></mrow></msub><mo stretchy="false">(</mo><mn>1235</mn><msup><mrow><mo stretchy="false">)</mo></mrow><mrow><mo>−</mo></mrow></msup><msup><mrow><mi>e</mi></mrow><mrow><mo>+</mo></mrow></msup><msub><mrow><mi>ν</mi></mrow><mrow><mi>e</mi></mrow></msub></mrow></math> is observed with a significance of <math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mrow><mn>5.2</mn><mi>σ</mi></mrow></math> after considering systematic uncertainty, while evidence for the decay <math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mrow><msup><mrow><mi>D</mi></mrow><mrow><mo>+</mo></mrow></msup><mo stretchy="false">→</mo><msub><mrow><mi>b</mi></mrow><mrow><mn>1</mn></mrow></msub><mo stretchy="false">(</mo><mn>1235</mn><msup><mrow><mo stretchy="false">)</mo></mrow><mrow><mn>0</mn></mrow></msup><msup><mrow><mi>e</mi></mrow><mrow><mo>+</mo></mrow></msup><msub><mrow><mi>ν</mi></mrow><mrow><mi>e</mi></mrow></msub></mrow></math> is obtained with a <math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mrow><mn>3.1</mn><mi>σ</mi></mrow></math> significance.
